You need to craft a Potion and find the places the scenes originally started, there will be an indicator allowing you to replay most scenes... others that can be repeated normally can just be triggered again

Rosy is at best a midget, the counter is normal human size.
put her over the counter means she can't have any connection of her feets to the ground.
Focusing her own body weigth on the connection between counter and stomach is fine... addeing your own and the force of the impacts of your thrusts without adding another connection the force can be redelegated would hurt her.
