Is there a trigger to get her to give birth? I've been working my way through the game and shes been pregnant for like half my save now. I looked through the walkthrough and "daughter giving birth" did not seem to be mentioned or implied anywhere... What quest /event is it locked behind?

You need to have the Orb & a fully evolved Familiar.
-Erevi will give u a quest to investigate a witch's lair in the spider cave (take the red egg).
-Continue Erevi quest until u must investigate the noises.
-Complete Venomina's quests until u get the Familiar.
-Raise Familiar's lvl to 9 & have sex in front if her 3 times (3 cut scenes in forested areas between each shag to trigger her questline).
-Do Familiar's quests until she is preg/gives birth. When Erevi send u to deal with the Purifiers take the book from their leaders body & give to Erevi.
-When Familiar gives birth, on day 5 enter a zone so she leaves then go somewhere so she comes back. Speak to Erevi & go to Waystone. Grab an orb while you're in the other world.
-Comolete Temple/Tower quests until theres a mishap with some actors... help Erevi with perfume.
-Do the play with Daughter then she gives birth.

Are there some hidden triggers?
I have never completed the quests:
"Rescue Thomas, Family Business & Mysterious Disappearances" for example.
Or do I need to install some mods (ported those over from the last version. The censorship.txt and OtherContent.txt) files are present in my www folder.
Those quests don't impact the content added in 3.62.
Spicy and Gnomes don't impact Vixenatrix's content. Also, those are the only mods which are safe to use with the game, use other mods at your own risk.
Did you already visit the hatching grounds? IIRC if you do that before Hot Gossip starts it never happens at all, it's meant to point you towards seeing her again.*
Vixenatrix's dialogue when you see her after Hot Gossip starts suggests it's not available until after she actually lays her egg(s). So the day after Day 20 or later. But I think I saw something where if you use saves from an earlier version you might need to sleep several nights (5?) to trigger it.
*Personally I would have liked a quest from Jacob to fetch more sheep from Greyport. Having a full flock again the very next day seems off to me. But that would require making a business in Greyport to buy them from and I don't think the Pet Shop would fit the bill.

Ntr is pretty much non existent and is mostly just a few non repeatable
SA scenes in early game involving monsters. Outside of that there is the other type of ntr where the MC sleeps with a bunch of married women
I don't care what anyone says. The Everi scene where MC basically clones himself is not Ntr no matter how butthurt people get. I wouldn't really say Gwynneth is ntr either. She's a prostitute, she only quits and becomes exlusive to the MC once he gets her pregnant.
