Storywise, does anyone else get the feeling Qetesh and Nergal are actually in the process of making up? Like, both of them want their followers to breed. A lot. They use the same guy to breed both their sides. Seems to me their lovers spat is working itself out and now they're essentially watching porn before they start banging again. Their 'Chosen One' is just their favorite porn actor.

you don't need a global (not a Download anyway), just make sure a save exsists in your game already which will be over written with the new one

I bet that most of these quest will be interconnected at some point, pushing one to "completion" before the others wouldn't work.
For the Dragon at least I expect filling the world with baby dragon will be a game changer for everyone, like Game of Thones, Fuck Winter, The Dragons are coming!!
Something similar for Orges, filling the world with them would seem to be something people would notice and want to take action about.

I think that Vixenatrix should birth infinite lil dragons. I even thought of how it could work.
-Pregnant for 25 days (announced on the 5th)
-She will lay Eggs that will incubate for another 5 days.
-Once they hatch the baby dragonlings would take 30 days to fully mature & they leave the nest on the 31st day (this means that if you get her preg literally the day she lays eggs, the babies will be gone before the next batch hatch & there will always be room for more Babie)
That's at least how I see it happening.
With Maghda I see her having a max (like 10).
And this world you envision suddenly filled with Dragons and Ogres? you don't also envision peasants with torches and pitch forks? the panic?
For Dragons I always envisioned very short "pregnancy" with a very long time of being an egg (or a short time of being an egg before becoming an omelette)

Well the dragonlings would remain INSIDE the cave until mature at which point they will fly away (FAR AWAY) to seek their own lairs. They wouldnt stick around the region because that's their mother's territory. Also I dont beleive many would survive to adulthood. Like with many large predatory animals they ould get into disputes with other large predators & humans, but tbh it's more a mechanic in my head to let Vix have infinite children without the cave getting too full (like the Imps eventually leaving once they are mature).
That's why I recon Maghda should be capped at 10 instead of infinite. They seem to breed slower (like Humans, Elves & Giants) at least that's my theory on why we have only seen 3 so far. The Half-Ogre children would mature to the state of child & remain in/around Maghda's den. Away from the people.
I do wish that there'll be at least 1 dragon hatchling accompanying the MC on his travels in the future as the familiar isn't available on every mission & if it's in places the locals fear it, it'll take on a human appearance
