"Tinkerers Update News"
As promised, another small peek at what's coming in the next update. I'm currently still just creating images and animations. I completed another scene for the new goblin and started on her third, and likely final scene. After that I'll likely start making some scenes for Vix, before I start working on maps and scripting. Ideally you'd script the story first and then create all images and animations, but the rendering process is so time consuming that it's faster to do it the other way around. This way my PC can render stuff while I do the other bits.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that there still is a long way to go, I'm already dreading all the new maps I need to make the update

I think she might be the same hight. Possibly a couple inches shorter or taller? Not sure
With the background barrel as a reference, and acknowledging old-timey barrels didn't have uniform sizes, I suspect right around the same height. Which could feed into why Sequoia is involved. (Shortstack solidarity!)
One of the guys who does fanart for the discord posted a lineup of the existing goblin girls using the game's models and showing heights. Eyeballing it and not counting hair:
Sequoia: 122-123cm/48in (4' even)
GD: 127-128cm/50in (4'2")
Obeah: 134-135cm/53in (4'5")
Shakala: 136-137cm/54in (4'6")

Those numbers seem pretty low to me. I guessed everyone about 10 cm taller, but that's just my feeling, which is not actually based on anything

(I didn't realise Makith was part of the line up here lol).The only one that surprised me is Obeah. I could have sworn she was taller? Arnt the Black Goblins taller than the rest of their kin? I would argue that Obeah is closer in hight to Shakala, possibly a lil taller as Shakala wears shoes once Queen (not sure wife Obeah does?)

They do seem larger on average than other goblin tribes, same as pygmies are shorter. But there does seem to be variation within the tribes as well. Naga and Dhogo are depicted as larger than other forest goblins (Bhrute is an outlier), and cave goblin warriors & reavers are larger than the scouts. Obeah & Shakala are within 1-2cm/one inch in height of each other, maybe Obeah happens to be a bit shorter than typical for female black goblins?
FYI Obeah does wear shoes on occasion, though probably not in the pic you chose. And perspective can play tricks on you.

I have some ideas for potential Pets or Party Members
Pets:
-Baby Gater: as the name implies it would be a baby/juvenile member of the species. Could be fun to have as a pet.
-Spider-Monkey: based on the idea that the Piggirl & Catgirl pets MIGHT be based on creations of a Moreau style Alchemist I was thinking a chimaeric hybrid of monkey & spider could be fun as a companion.
Party Members:
-Ancient Guard: I'm thinking a damaged model or one that works for or is used by LOCO. Either way have a robot fight alongside MC could be fun.
-Guards: You're mayor of Weirdwood. I'm surprised MC cant have a some expendable guards or even a badass Bodyguard to travel with.
-Adaobi (+ Zombies): As the only vamp not to join MC on a quest whe would be fun. She could mabey raise a couple of Zombies to travel with them as well. As a Mage I could imagine she has the power to raise zombies shoul 1 or both die

The Makita looks amazing. Sure, she would need a paper bag for her face, but those boobies and that beaver, it's almost like from Zohan.
Besides, since she already have a model, she deserves a scene.

Makith, the goblin shaman. She has a model for the cutscene images she's in, though she's always wearing the the hooded robe and we never see more than her face & hands.
