I played this game a year ago. Is it have more monstergirl for the sex dungeon now? Last time I played there was only a batgirl.

Not sure what you mean by this question or if you're addressing someone in particular but the majority of human(oid) women in this game are white girls or women.

More then half are white skinned girls or womans or monsters girls/womans.

You mean to add thing to your inventory? There's an in-game cheat I call Freddy's Corpse which can be used for cash & potions, it replaced Cheatmode. (Cheatmode would have red chests you could find in various places that you could loot [once each] for stuff.)
South of the spider caves entrance is a body, take the key from it. The key unlocks the small building near the guard tower which has an underground room with eight chests. The chests refill at the start of every day, they have cash or potions in them. Three have loot starting on Day 1, the others are empty until certain quests are completed. It also has an item on a shelf, the MC is way overpowered while it is equipped in the necklace slot.
You could also try the Gallery mod to just edit in stuff, but that's not recommended. It's done by a third party and often isn't up to date with the latest version. And even when up-to-date using it can still bork the game. A large majority of "my game is bugged/glitched/broken" is traced back to people using the mod...
If that's the case, then there should also be Greta time!
