If it's Affection Decay that bugs you there's now an in-game cheat which turns that off. None of the girls will lose Affection if you don't spend time with them. (Exception: Obeah has repeatable quests which depend on her Affection hitting rock bottom, the cheat doesn't work on her.) Also, the time before loss starts is longer than before even without the cheat, 15 days. (5 days for Obeah.)
