If you mean 1.54 then yes it's also a bugfix version. If you are saying there's a newer one on Patreon then I don't know. If you have an older save that isn't bugging out you might not need it.

If you have worked at the blacksmith's you should be able to interact with the forge there the same place where you work, to make the padlock if you have gotten the puppy from Frida than you've probably already fixed the padlock ? If you are worried about the padlock because it appears in the quest log then don't worry since the quest log is still a work in progress and the quest appears in it active for many people even after finishing it.
