Hi guys, I wanted to open a certain discussion with a small detail that shows how much the author has thought about future things. I don't know how many of you have tried to do some mischief with the game. By mischief, I mean fiddling with the save file, but not aggressively. Because I didn't want to break me save file or have to start the game over again.
I simply started leveling up the characters when they were in the MC's party. Let me give you a little example.
During the story, I found myself in Ziva's party; my character was level 15 and she was level 3. So I asked myself, what happens if Ziva levels up a few levels? So, I saved my game with RPG Maker Edition and modified the experience, so that each time I kill a monster Ziva leveled up. Unfortunately, with Ziva, you can only visit one place, and once you enter, you can't go back. So I managed to level her up to level 9 and didn't see any major changes in terms of skills. So I wondered if it's just because she went up a few levels, or if maybe the author, at that moment, didn't think about whether we'd recruit Ziva into the team again in the future.
But it's not the same with one of the MC's daughters. To be precise, the daughter you have with Erevi. Erevi gives you a quest, in which you have to activate the 6 teleportation stones (Waystones). So to activate them, you'll have to travel around the entire map you've explored so far. And to do so, you have the opportunity to fight quite a few enemies. So I tried to play the same trick as Ziva, but this time with Erevi's daughter. So I set about leveling her up with every fight. My goal was to level her up from level 6 to 18, since my MC is level 18. And I noticed that not only does she gain additional stats, health, and magic, but she also unlocks new spells, Divine Shield and Fiery Conflaguration (this magic is devastating). I didn't go any further, since I didn't want to overdo it.
But I noticed that she was much stronger than the MC, in practically everything, from stats to skills. Obviously, with the MC, sooner or later we'll gain more and more skills, but his stats are still lower. Except through quests or future items, he can't be further improved.
So now I'm wondering if we'll ever get the chance to decide who to bring with us on our team. Because in my old rescue, I only had the little female demon and the dog, if I'm not mistaken.
I hope the map will be further expanded in the future, the game really has huge potential.
Currently I think these two games are the ones with the most content I've seen on the site so far A Struggle with Sin and Peasant's Quest. I'd also started another title: Tales of Terrara. But I'm still at the beginning, so I can't fully evaluate it yet, but that one seemed promising too. What do you think?
