IIRC she must be horny and in afternoon.

If u want to give the key u have to catch her & have sex in the alley & MC will give it to her.
To clarify, you have completed "Lucille's Legacy," and started "Creepy Crawlies" where you used the pickaxe to open the caverns under the Tower, yes? If so, have you laid out any meat for her yet?
And just checking, did you edit any files and/or install any mods other than Spicy & Gnomes? Either can bork the game in unexpected ways.

If I remember it right, you have to make progress with Erevi, get her pregnant and stuff. One day, she complains of some noise she keeps hearing downstairs and ask MC to solve/fix it. You will eventually find a small gap in top right corner of dungeon area which leads to Venomina.

Is there/ will there be a way to disable love degrading? It feels really annoying to focus on one character and do quests and then when you return to another char you have to spam gift them shit so they are happy again.
