Mia isn't fond of it for story reasons. Perhaps Tinkerer could add a Spirit Potion replay for the Balder impersonation, but it's brief with no plans to extend it due to patreon content rules. Not sure it's worth adding the replay.
TBH Mia's werewolf encounter isn't to my tastes so don't know if it has a potion replay. And dunno if it qualifies in your book or not.

Hey guys I need help here
I played the game for a while (about 8 hrs of gameplay)
Then I realized ai haven’t gotten the incest mode
So I downloaded the patch
Now the game is totally bugged
Scenes freeze and new quest don’t trigger
I tried deleting the patch and loading from before the time I put in the patch but it doesn’t get fixed

What version are you using? Current is 3.81. What OS (PC, Mac, Linux, Android)?
Did you install any mods/patches besides Spicy and/or Gnomes, or edit any game files? No judgement if yes, you're free to do that if you want. But both bork the game with depressing regularity and aren't recommended.
If everything is up to date and no mods/patches/edits other than Spicy & Gnomes installed, your files might somehow have gotten corrupted. The only solution for that is DL the game and Spicy/Gnomes again from scratch, and move your saves from the old copy to the new one. Don't just re-use the existing DLs you have, get new, clean DLs.
It's possible the saves are also corrupted, in which case you pretty much need to start over. Or get a save from someone else but those tend to have everything already done.
It hasn't been confirmed yet, but 99+% probability Qetesh is the MC's mother.
Here it is, I haven't played for so long that I've already forgotten half of everything, because you can't have sex with her or she hasn't yet flashed in the plot?
Perhaps the question is stupid, but I really remember almost nothing from the plot

You can get a handy from her. Fair warning, it's fairly late in the game and takes a while to get there even if you're only doing stuff required for the Main storyline. (But where's the fun in that?)
The game engine is reaching its limits. The dev is focused on completing the Baron's household quests first. Then a couple of full updates to complete the Main storyline (Temple vs Tower), the expectation is we'll get more than a handy somewhere in those.
It seems there might be one or two updates after the Main is done if the engine can handle them, to fill in some bits and/or cover some of the aftermath of the MC's exploits.

I'm still annoyed at you all for voting for the Baron storyline first. I'm way more interested in more quetesh scenes than literally anyone in this baron storyline
It's a story structure thing for me. Completing the Main is more or less the culmination of PQ, doing that first and then adding the Baron's stuff would feel weird. I'd probably be annoyed if we'd gotten the Main first and then Baron.

It matters to me, I prefer having all the side content included before the Big Finale is added. FWIW the voting was close.

New into this game. Search really didn't come up with an answer. Done Goblin king, now to populate the goblins. Sex with Shakala, pregnancy takes "days" and many hours to get it populated. Is there anyway to "speed" up this process to populate the goblin tribe. I read in a write up walk thru....20 days??? Falling asleep just to pass the days. Thanks

Nothing you really can do, eventually there are actually five Goblin LI's which greatly speeds up repopulation but there is some quest locks along the way.
20 Days is normal pregnancy, Goblins are shorter, 15 days I think.

Goblins birth every 15 days not 20. And while there's no way to speed that up you can get a max of 5 Goblin LIs who help with the population boom.
