yes and no config is personal use so not really needed
you need a global that knows a save excist in the folder.
if you want you can just start game, save in 1-24 than put the saves in and they will work

has there been any quality of life improvements lately? i remember there being SO MUCH SHIT that needed maintenence last time i played, like u gotta visit the goblins every other day or she goes to another tribe which might be fine for ntr enjoyers but man wtf is that shit mechanic?
Except for Obeah - The black goblin, there are no goblins left. Besides, Obeah just goes to her tower with her zombie goblins, not another tribe. Maybe those who have played longer than me can explain it more clearly to you.
After a certain point in a LI's storyline they start losing Affection daily. If it gets low enough they get pissy. But you don't lose them to someone else.
-A few LIs are established to have sex with others (current or past partners, a prostitute, etc.). They have their own reasons for switching their attentions to you.
The grace period before Affection starts going down is now 15 days. You can earn more Affection the normal ways (gifts, sex, sleeping at their place, a few have other things). TBH you can go ~20 days with most of them...visiting them overnight with gift+sex+sleep should be enough to get them back to max Affection.
-Obeah is an exception at 5 days. She has repeatable quests that require her Affection bottoming out.
-A couple other LIs have no grace period but lose Affection at a slower rate.
There is a built-in cheat that turns the Affection loss mechanic off/on for all LIs. Obeah is the exception for that as well, the cheat doesn't work on her.
After i extract the game i press game.exe to open the game but nothing happen, i try several times still nothing
