When you say vampire don't have Affection, you mean that in the book of girl, the heart does not appear and does not increase?DomWolf beat me to it. Turn on the cheat and just don't bang Obeah for an extended period.
Even without the Cheat almost all the LIs have a 15-day "grace period" before they begin losing Affection. Obeah is an outlier, bang her every 5 days or else. Luthien & Venomina don't have a grace period but lose it at a slower rate. The BB "pet" doesn't lose Affection, ever; maybe the Imp as well, haven't tested that. A couple, like Maghda, have individualized needs that can impact Affection. The vampires don't have Affection at all...they like the MC but they're, y'know, vampires. Even with 3.75 you can set a routine that sees all the girls within their "grace periods" (even Obeah's), gives Luthien & Venomina what they need to restore Affection, sleeps with the ones who need that to reset their "grace period", and still has some extra time for other stuff without most LIs ever losing Affection at all. But, it IS a routine and a lot of players aren't interested in that.
A gift+sex+sleep earns a fair amount of Affection. Doing that restores most LIs to max Affection even after going 20 days without seeing them, or longer for some. You can give some LIs certain gifts that earn a lot of Affection, letting you go even longer between seeing them if you like. And you can always use Awe on them.
The next update is introducing multiple LIs. Dunno yet if a routine will be possible after they're in play, but gift+sex+sleep should still work.
Because I'm just now noticing that the three vampires don't have hearts in the book, and I was actually wondering if it was because I spent too little time with them or not. I managed to have one child each with them, and now all three are pregnant again. But as I said, I don't see any hearts in their info.
So just to understand, the three vampire in the book of girl no hearts?
Also, there's something I noticed, a detail that raises a few questions for me.
It concerns the couple Tom and Jenny.
During Jenny and Tom's quest. As per the guide, I made Jenny want to have children with me rather than her husband. So I impregnated Jenny, who had a son (MC's son). Continuing with Jenny, I then started giving Tom fake potions so he'd let me have sex with Jenny. Jenny got pregnant again, this time with a girl. As the two children grew up, initially when they spoke they'd say "dadda?". Now the girl and the boy says "uncle?" But then when I talk to them again, they says, "How strange, you have black hair like me!" So I noticed that both the boy and the girl both have black hair. I assume they inherited it from the protagonist. Also because the third child was born with black hair too and first say: dadda? Then: uncle and then, the story about the say hair color.
So I assume Jenny hasn't told the children who their real father is? This is to prevent Tom from finding out the kids aren't his. Right?
But at this point, I wonder. If I had given Tom a real potion, and then always used a Barrenness potion, would Jenny still have gotten pregnant and the children would have had a different hair color? In this case blonde hair like Tom?
Has anyone ever tried to see how this turns out?
Another curiosity concerns Qetesh.
During the main storyline involving Qetesh. The protagonist will eventually obtain his mother's ring from his father. Through Ziva, we discover that if equipped in the temple, it will reveal that the apparition "Qetesh" is actually the protagonist's mother. In fact, when the protagonist puts on the ring and sees the apparition, he says, "Mom." And she hugs him.
At this point, however, I'm a little confused. Why is it that during the Quest: Wandering Spirit, when Qetesh appears and invites the MC to the fountain, he never calls her "Mom"? But Qetesh? When she later invites the MC again, the word Qetesh does not appear again in the dialogue, but not even once does he say Mother/Mom.
So if i equip the mother's ring, the MC call the apparition Mom. But at the fountain, he call her Qetesh.
Is it a dialogue error? Or has Tinkerer not fixed it yet, when you have the game with the incest patch enabled?
Of course, if in that case, I read it wrong, correct me, but I remember reading Qetesh.
Thank you
