A black sphere (inflated) has appeared in the status. The character is constantly losing HP. What is it and how to get rid of it?

Hi!
I know I'm a bit late with the sneak peek, I had a couple of IRL projects around the house I needed to take care of.
Anyway, I finished another scene for Yvette, and created pregnant versions for some of her existing scenes. I've also gotten round to writing down and lining up the majority of events that are necessary to complete the Baron's story. It is starting out to become quite long list. Perhaps I'll need to do a short "aftermath" update later on, to properly land the characters after the main shake-up event. I don't want to keep you waiting too long for an update either.
We'll see how things progress.

It's the VOID damage. Should only be there when you're in Naamah's domain. If it's affecting u outside in the mortal world that's a bug

Hi! I have a question about Madam Daiyu. I first encountered her in the quest "Perfume" but when I talk to her, she calls the MC by his name and it's as if they already know each other. Did I miss a quest or is she some kind of seer?
Why is the daughter of erevi won't give birth, she is pregnant for 20 days for a long time now, but her birth won't trigger, any situation?
She won't until the quest "Ancient Technology" is completed, for story reasons. Keep progressing the Tower quests...knocking up the Imp is necessary (some players don't do that until they learn you have to) and then some other Tower quests. Completing "Let There Be Light!" for the Temple is also required to trigger it.
Probably a dialogue coding oops, if you hadn't spoken to her until then. FYI she's available from Day 1, selling potions and certain enchanted items (some of each are HIGHLY useful).
