Just wanted to say: you're amazing lol. I just systematically followed your post links all the way back here which appears to be end of the trail. I haven't looked at this title in forever, you made it very easy to catch up on what has changed.

Read the provided WT closely.. The Nun will give Yvette potions every day to make sure she isn't pregnant, until the Nun willingly accept the MC's seed.. Winning against her in a battle of Will doesn't count!
So first you have to win and then the next day have sex with the Nun without a battle, you should be able to see the difference..
After that, your seed should stick and Yvettes pregnancy progress as it should.

Furthermore in my game play, Yvettes mom had to be not pregnant before Yvette could get pregnant, but that might just have been a fluke of rng..
The last part of the WT explains what the chances are for the Women to get pregnant and what increases said chances.

I unfortunately lost all my saves a couple of years ago, and all the progress I'd made along the way. I'm thinking of coming back to the game and starting anew shortly, once I've done my playthroughs of a couple of other games I'm currently playing

There were plenty of sex scenes and tons of quests already implemented, now there are bound to be many more

You mean the Phallus Giganticus potion?
You could make your own. That requires pursuing Ziva's storyline ("the Witch"), plus either pursuing Frida's storyline (a giantess) to trying to see Maghda again without a P.G., plus getting sacred water from Liandra and horse seed from Beth, to get to where you can do that. It's not that hard other than needing levels & gearing up, but takes some time.
Or you could buy them from Daiyu at The Black Dragon in Greyport (all the way to the west). They are spendy. Beware of road hazards on the way there and back...again you probably want levels & gear first.

I generally don't take sex potions until the game asks if I want to, unless I *know* I'll be wanting them that day. Even then I don't take P.G. potions until needed in the moment.

I have a similar problem but for me it still does not work after her mom gave birth and i'm done with the nun quest. The girl seems not want to get pregnant used up all my enchanted fertility potions
