Tinkerer fixed your file but if you want to cheat, use the cheat medialion. you strong enough to beat nearly everything so you dont have to changes values of the game.

Try turning Lighting Effects off in Options Menu to have a better look around the place.

Dude only had three posts for PQ ever and the last one was two years ago.
can someone help me? I did not deliver the dress to the vampire girl, and now she got her own dress, failing me the mission.. Can I change this mission variables to be successful and give her the dress? If so, how can I do it?
Oh my God, I know the reason. It was too dark in the cemetery. I didn't see the wandering three sisters at all. I used a torch to find them and talked to them, and the problem was solved.
A lot of players don't realize it has to be delivered before "The Purifiers" starts, though it seems most do deliver it before then.
Someone should know what to change, but it might be simpler to post a save and ask for someone to do it for you. (I don't muck around with games' innards myself, too easy to bork things.)

I edit my saves all the time. I haven't ever been able to change a quest outcome though. I also often have this one failed quest. Oksana is my favorite model in the game, (like other personalities better) so in my rush to unlock her I often choose not to go find Zsofia first, but then the one failed quest bugs me.
Mostly posting this to say that the issue isn't being ignored by folks that know how, it isn't being answered because I don't think it is possible.

The dude making it got zero feedback on it, not even thanks. So he stopped making them and removed the existing versions from public. Can't really blame him for that.
The public part of the game's discord has an updated quest list in one of the channels.
The theoretical max you can get is 203. You can only get one of "Acorns" or "Security," not both. And "Mass For The Pious" never shows in the quest journal at all...you have to do it to progress the Temple storyline so it's not worth fixing.
Some can be missed without affecting gameplay: "Check Point" if you get the pass from the Mayor before meeting the guard in the North Forest; "Hot Gossip" if you see Vixenatrix after she lays her egg(s) but before you go to Weirdwood; etc. And some are entirely optional, like the "Catch A [critter]" quests Harald can give you after dealing with Dolf once and for all.
As an addition to the previous Damagus01's answer, you could also have a look at my own simple list of all quests in a text file format; list extracted directly from the game data themselves (though the walkthroughs are more complete, concerning the details and conditions of the different quests).

Adding on: Patreon rules for stuff hosted through them required removing incest & bestiality content from the standard builds. The Spicy and Gnomes patches/mods restores these.
Some quests never happen unless you install the Spicy patch/mod. Shakala's Daughter never happens at all without it, and the "Domestic Issues" quest for Erevi's Daughter doesn't happen. Without Spicy other problematic content is modified so it isn't incest.
The Gnome patch/mod does this for bestiality, but IIRC there are no quests which require it to happen. Stuff just plays out differently. (No, it doesn't let the MC pork animals when installed. Unless you consider BBs animals...)

We don't get the Dev update directly from Tinkerer, so my guess is that it did go out, and just wasn't posted here.
We last got an update here ten days ago.
It's a tad ridiculous to be concerned about inactivity after such a short time.
If you need to read every single update, then the solution is easy, subscribe.
Except you can check the Patreon, even if you aren't subscribed, and there has been no post since the 4th. Tinkerer has just been very consistent with approximately weekly updates for quite a while, which is why I was asking about it. I'm not concerned the game is abandoned, just curious. And this is a pirate forum, the whole point is getting information without a paywall lmao.
