Is there Netorare or Netori? I see that it mostly has Netori aspects but there's also someone else in the pics so it might be both?
Does the last one on is unconscious sex ? also with the current demo, does it only around with the misaki girl ? I can't interact with the cash register girl on supermarket and helen girl from drama club yet. And is there another girl that i haven't found yet, or is it not in the demo ? ( I see there are 4 girls on the ss but can't find the last one )

I'm gonna need a walkthrough for this cuz I'm so lost. I have no idea what to do or where to go lol.
You play as a douchebag looking gonk who goes around blackmailing and raping girls, some have significant others, some don't. Whether you see that as netori or netorare is up to you. Do you sympathize and see yourself as the douchebag gonk or do you sympathize with the guy being cucked? Both people who like netorare but not netori, and visa versa, can still enjoy the game depending on how they look at it.
Stop making such a big deal about the flimsy difference in definition between the two thing and just enjoy the game. If you don't enjoy the game cuz you see it as one thing vs the other, then move on.

Bad news, its not included in the demo. Its full release only. Its annoying but it's good marketing to tease your potential customers with a sneak peek of more stuff.
That's the only downside to games like this, while of amazing quality, most of the fantastic quality Netori games have asshole/sociopathic MCs.
It makes sense since games like this and a few others are inspired by NTR Legend, whose MC is an asshole. I've been praying a dev make a game where the MC isn't an asshole homewrecking a cute couple and is just a decent guy stealing a woman away from an asshole/abusive husband. I am holding onto hope that someone will make this, if not I am gonna put my CS degree to good use and make one myself!

I already started brainstorming, I even have a document with a few characters, worldbuilding and a general flow of where I want the story to go, but it's not far past that and I have ren'py installed in my computer. I will practice, but posting won't come for a while(years from now probably) since I am working on something else that I MUST finish before the year ends and with a full time job, I have time but limited energy.
In any case, I hope you didn't take my rant as me being ungrateful, in fact, I am very grateful we are getting anything at all and I'll do my best to support any game devs that make titles like these since I now have reliable funds to do so.
