All story related events don't repeated. It's around 90% of all events. Remaining 10% is a daily work quests.
Why are you needing a save file? It's useless because you can do only daily quests in it.

There was not much to see since the new content concerned transformed characters but the little changes were nice, particularly the colors for the stats and skipping the repetitive events with Dr Amelia. The bike too is really practical.

Sorry for the later answer but I wanted to try the update before.
It works like this : 1 pill/1 spy. So it spreads out on 10 days. Meaning you have to do it 5 days consecutively.


No need to take the pills anymore. You'll go to the dream world thanks to Prof Warren Mills engine.
There's no way to increase the stealth stat more than 10 for now.


Straight male and trans prostitute exist too. Maybe you'd prefer adding an escort job for them.


Right click, Item, Item, Pills, Player, Take one pill. You'll have to be home to do that.

I tried it again and I keep getting "I have to take the pill first" on the second day after I try to spy on the neighbor after I took the 2nd pill in the morning.

It seems to me that after the towns people story arks are done there's no repeatable events with them. I was hoping that you could keep vesting [repeatable events] them after their story arks.
