Assuming it hasn't been changed I think the changelog using "working days" is just another way of saying weekdays rather than saying which time of day to see the scene.

No, I meant the changelog specifically says ' in the Afternoon', but it requires evening instead. During weekdays, Alis and Nico are at the Academy in the afternoon.

If you got to Keynala and Savi's Idle Talk it seems to me like it's being telegraphed pretty heavily that Satia was cheated on by Savi's dad when they were in the same adventuring party and Keynala is talking about how some guy in her adventuring party got her pregnant along with another girl in the party who he was cheating on. It seems like Savi and Kati have the same human father.

You have to have done the scene "Quick footjob before school" with Alis (in this release; the variable didn't exist before this release, so it needs to be incremented once now).
It has to be a weekday.
It has to be evening. (yes, this means the changelog is wrong)

Like the other scenes added for "Sage tier Patron Feetleet", it is footjob-heavy.

v0.20 new content guide:

- Added a Christmas Special 2022 in Dreams menu (This is the biggest event I have done until now and it has around 38 new h-scenes... seriously never again, my poor PC almost died while creating it... ) ! Play it only after creating your familiar ! - It may bug out if you play it before your familiar creation - will be fixed in the next update

go to your bedroom and select [Dream]. there select the christmas scene you want to view

- You can now corrupt Clair and her mother Clara (19 new h-scenes with them )

Clair is not listed in the girls page. You can find her in the academy, in the [middle yard] in the morning on weekdays
It is bugged, you can "repeat" all scenes with clair and clara from there even if you have not actually properly unlocked them yet. causing a sequence break.

What you want to do is:
1. approach the academy on noon on a weekday. this will start the clair relationship.
2. go to the academy in the morning next day
3. weekday afternoon. goto academy -> alchemy lab -> back room -> call clair and clara
4. go to sleep then repeat step 3
5. go to sleep then repeat step 3
6. you can repeat the first 4 scenes by talking to clair in the morning in the middle yard. you can play 4 additional scenes by calling clair and clara over to the alchemy lab back room morning or afternoon

- You can now eat dinner with Kati and Keynala
- During the dinner with Kati and Keynala you can get a under table footjob from Keynala and more~ This scene was made for my Sage tier Patron Feetleet - Hope you will like it ^^

During weekday. exit city, go to lake, go to party camp. talk to urile. select to go explore together. even if it is showing as white (no new content) there is still new content there at v0.20.

description is wrong. they are there in the evening not the afternoon. in the afternoon going into her room tells you that she is in the academy. in the evening the scene triggers

This is probably due to the alternate meaning of 'dinner' as the midday meal. Originally, 'dinner' just meant the 'main meal of the day', and was usually eaten at midday with a smaller meal eaten in the evening ('supper' or 'tea'), and that meaning has stuck around in some places, though it's slowly phasing out.
