Man, I must tell I really enjoyed you guys writing about the economy and prices in the alchemy shop, to answer you some questions:
The reason why our hero can't just make Dianna give him everything for free is simple - As you may know, she is a magician so charming her is much harder than the regular person (A reason why MC had to use a lust potion), and even when she is under a charm that's doesn't mean she can't break free so using her too much can possibly make her realize that's something is no yes lol. At least this is a more "story/plot" reason and for gameplay reasons, it would be too easy ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ.
But I have some plans like after you progress her story and take better control over her you can take over her shop or something still thinking about it. (If you have any idea feel free to write it.). Also, I think that maybe making some of your adventures friends go look for herbs for you can be a good idea, but same still thinking about it.
Anyway, I agree that making potions is less profitable than it should be, so I probably make some changes in the next ver. like buying ingredients and making potions will make you a small profit but looking for them yourself will give you much better.
And I am really sorry for the bug in the camp, It's a small error and you can just ignore it, but still, it's my mistake and I am sorry for the inconvenience.

It's a "modern fantasy" setting so there's probably robust trade. I'd assume if the Inn is selling potions to adventurers they would have a deal with an alchemist somewhere else to deliver potions at wholesale+delivery costs. So to them letting adventurers sell back extra potions is a courtesy service and not their main source of potions. Otherwise if they don't sell potions at all it doesn't really make sense that she buys them.

Sounds like a problem with where you have the game.
If you use languages other than English then move it out of any folder with special characters.
Try someplace simple like
C:\Games\
You must be registered to see the links
If that isn't it then try checking folder permissions as the game needs read/write access.
You could try running it as an Administrator if you don't know how to check permissions.
There is a few bugs with the camp :

I have got the hint "You did everything in this update for this character" and things are going nowhere.
At the moment, I am assuming it's a bug caused by using a save from the previous version or something, but don't currently feel like doing everything through again just to check.
how to progress the main story for to unlock that character between the two the bunny girl and boar girl i think

Looking at the code, it appears Renpy is REALLY picky about variable naming. It seems the reason why the error occurred is because the variable is defined as leosio, and so it doesn't find Leosio. It considers using a capital L different than using a lower case one. I could be wrong, but at least changing that has fixed it for me. Attached is my fixed file that got rid of the error for me. It also fixes the issue with getting Urile repeatable sex scene before seeing it (was missing the conditional text).

Same i fixed it by changing the capital L to l. Python is case sensitive so renpy most likely is too.
I had the same issue and it turns out the "you have seen everything with this character" part is just a lie. It only tells you that you've gotten the character to the highest love/corruption/whatever level possible. Once you've progressed the story far enough (probably after unlocking the ability to travel with Leon's party), go visit the boar girl again and you'll see a scene introducing a new character. That character is also listed as "you've seen everything with this character" for now, but I don't know if she's only in the one scene or if it's something else. There's apparently *another* extra scene if you go back and talk to the boar girl a second time. I'm honestly wondering how many scenes I'm missing despite the game telling me there's nothing left to see.

the stats have a limit of 3 if youve talked with the 3 girls to train and gotten all their scenes thats it.
For the record, you need to train multiple times just to increase your stats by 1. Right now I believe the maximum you can reach is 3 strength, 3 endurance, 3 agility, 1 martial arts (this happens automatically as a result of a story scene), 1 magic power, and 3 demon power (which I think goes up as you increase your relationship with more girls, but I'm not sure).

Not bad at all, visually it is good, I like the plot, but I think there are 2 things that could improve (and possibly do it in the future)
1.- If it is going to be a sandbox, be careful that it does not become repetitive and boring, not to mention that a screen with the events / objectives always helps.
2.- This is more a detail but I think that a little more expressiveness in the girls would be great, so that it does not seem that we are talking with a mannequin.

im liking the whole plot with the fantasy world, but I feel like getting scenes are way too fast like im fucking a girl within 3 days instead of building a whole relationship, I think there should be 2 routes like corruption and romance, and if you use your powers u go to the corruption path instead of the romance ?
A problem that comes up a lot in games with mind control is that the mind control can sometimes feel redundant. A lot of the time it can feel like you just convinced a girl to fuck you with "porn logic" and the mind control is just used as an explanation for why everyone wants to fuck you. This game I actually think handles the mind control element well for the most part. It's always nice when a game about mind control actually feels like your using mind control.
