Don't waste your time trying to get a refund through Subscribestar. You probably violated their terms of service, so they won't help you. If you paid with a credit card, do a chargeback and make sure your credit card doesn't allow any more payments to Subscribestar.

Sounds like you got IP banned. If you have a VPN it'll probably work but yeah I think your IP is fucked unless it gets lifted after a certain timeframe.

Thank you, I did the chargeback, subscribestar sent a notification about problems with the card on My Subscriptions profile page, but the charge is done, with no acces. That's the issue I've explained to the bank, also removed my card from their system. Let's see, it's just 29.32 €. But I want 'em back. Not a single word from them, so fuck them.
