The problem with any author who lives off paid subscriptions: his "creativity" ends up being regulated by his audience. In which usually most of them have extremely perverted ideas not only about the beautiful and the sublime (fuck it, are we talking about porn, yes?), but also about simple categories of common sense.
As much as I hate to admit it, if he ruled stuff like this out he'd be left with mother and son fucking a lot, and that's already been covered. If he limits himself, he might as well bring the series to a close. Also, no doubt he's seen how rabid the NTR lovers can be. I just hope they end up together eventually.
