It's just speculation on my part, but I don't think Dylan's gonna ignore his mom, his so-called 'training to become the next best fucker ever' hobby/obsession of his wouldn't make sense if he did, so it's safe to say that both of them will have their fair share of sex partners before the comic ends and they get into a relationship or whatever ending PS decides it's best for them.
So far, the previous chapters hinted that Brandi's definitely gonna get fucked by Rory again (probably), his dad, Tom, the old fart Pete, and that guy with the biggest dick on the island, nothing hinted at the possibility of DPs or gang bangs, tho I wouldn't be surprised to see PS making scenes like that too. Can't 'waste' a hot AF mom character like Brandi, especially if some of his supporters will pay good money to see her get fucked by other guys.
He's the male MC in AN, so yeah, he's gonna get a lot of pussy in the next chapters, don't know what to say about Brandi.
