I understand why you'd think that, but this shouldn't be surprising or considered out of character. The wannabe moralistic aunt is a slut, or a "free spirited, independent young woman living her life", as PS put it when she was first introduced. She also got cheated on by her fuck buddy, or whatever the fuck that idiot was to her, so she came to ride dicks and party hard, not to masturbate alone in a corner, while basically everyone on the whole island fucked somebody.
What pisses me off so much is that Dylan wastes too much time running after her and trying to justify something he shouldn't even be bothering to do instead of fucking his mom or fresh meat like Kayla as much as he can, but reasons and 'plot' force him to do it, especially when PS can stretch out the story and milk it with this bullshit even more.
