If reader input isn't going to alter a story (outside of "watch this scene? y/n"), included kinks, or character motivations, why write a choice based VN in the first place? This probably would have been fine as a single path graphic novel instead, especially if the author leaned into the NTR setups they love creating but keep backing out of prematurely.
