Lol this is so funny seeing the perspective of a newcomer lol. Nah it has really been exactly like you said. I believe this Tina animation has been "teased" for 4 fucking years. The animation was finished tho this year, its been leaked here on June. You can search it a few pages back But it still hasnt gotten VA and needed some "finishing touches" in his own words, which has taken uptill NovemberOh my god how long have y'all been waiting I just came across his videos it's animation is good so I thought to check up his other works I thought it is a new artist like hunicorn, krilinresort or x3d due to very few videos but it's a artist whose thread itself is 6 years old like damn I thought maybe he/she does not let patreon content leak and only for private only but the ones who pay also don't get the contents and it's like this for few years.
Does he/she goes by other names or works for 26regionsfm due to similar animation or it's just me?
Yes, high quality vids but such a loooong wait. I'm dating myself, but it's like waiting for that third Boston album back in the day.Oh so that means he only made 4 videos in which two are done(demonic mirror and gagabout 1), one is dropped (gagabout 1.5) and one is currently been(gagabout 2) made all in the span of 5 - 6 years like damn man maybe the quality is good at the time it was released and many should have joined him but now there are many other artists with good quality and quantity like jackerman whose content gets released on monthly basis has a game and only now he is focusing on long videos.
BTW I saw all gif on redgif and found only one video with sound maybe someone added sound due to frustration and uploaded it for others
What happened to shame? You guys don't wanna know how long the next one will take![]()
As long as my future retirement home has internet, I'll be good. You guys don't wanna know how long the next one will take![]()
while you were making this movie, the engine was outdated. We need to start all over again. You guys don't wanna know how long the next one will take![]()
You don't need to tell us, tell your supporters that. You guys don't wanna know how long the next one will take![]()
findom cucks will continue to cuck regardless thats how the grift worksYou don't need to tell us, tell your supporters that.
Ya ought to share rendering times just so it starts clicking for some people. You guys don't wanna know how long the next one will take![]()
I think that’s cuz a lot of artists just don’t really play with the settings, ergo a lot of renders all look shinyThe quality of animation has nothing to do with the software.
It's not like once you switched softwares the models magically start moving smoother, it's about understanding the principles of animation (blocking, stretching, timing, weight etc.) and the how the shots are framed, meaning the relation of the positions of the models to it's environment, determining the focus of the shot and so on.
Think of 2D-Animation. The oldschool stuff from the 80-90ies absolutely passed the test of time and I'd argue most modern anime don't even come close.
The "big" disadvantage of SFM for me is the workflow. I don't want to get too technical about it but the process of making adjustments in Blender and transfering the models from software a to b is fat pain in the ass because you'll be doing it a million times, that is if you wish to be somewhat independant from the assets being provided on websites like SFMlab and SFM's workshop.
Then you have the technical limitations being the amounts of polygons SFM can handle (you want to limit them to have shorter render times anyway tho), the lighting looking janky and that it doesn't use the potential of 64-bit systems because of it being capped to 32-bits.
When it comes to "look", there seems to be common pattern with Blender artists that their content has a squeeky clean barbie look, which is obviously not something I'd go for. There are definitely exceptions such as ZMSFM and MendezSFM, so I'm assuming it's not necessarily because of the software either.
I like that instead of delaying the public release like how every other animator does it, he decides to censor the public release as some kind of way to get back at everyone who didn't pay and bad-mouthed him for how long it took.New update
