I don't think they're going to make a sequel in the near future, because they are working on a game called Jerry Wanker and the Quest to get Laid. I'll just paste the description in the steam page here.

Agreed. Doesn’t have to be a full sequel but I’d love to see a new level or two.
I think there is a founder edition. Is that different than the one on this site? I think that version add digital art collection . Any1 knows ?
My guess is that you answered your own question. (If this "founder edition" adds the otherwise separately-sold digital art collection, then it's "same same but different")
