Try looking at the banners at the top of the site, right under the navigation cluster. It openly says that there was an issue with a version of this game uploaded relatively recently that had Malware in it.

It would be fun to experience that, the groping, the sneakyness, but I guess the developer has REMOVED this completely. Now it goes straight to sex or fingering until orgasm.
There would always be a way to reset it, like by uninstalling the game and removing every registry mention or remnant files left behind. How else would the game track if it was in a first or subsequent play through.
It just doesn't matter now, the teasing and gradual content seems to be gone. Disappointing.

This thread's first post is from the Author Himself. So, either
- the Author Himself updated the first post and uploaded 0.76;
or
- a Mod updated the first post and uploaded 0.76;
or
- Somebody posted the update in this thread, then a mod came, deleted the post and updated the first post uploading the update in it.
So, which one?
It's almost certainly not that one. I haven't seen mods delete posts from people who provide updates. So most likely it's safe. The last bug was a slippery one though.

They considered 0.73 safe until I kept pestering them that that weird file (the electron.exe) in AppData/roaming et cetera folder wasn't supposed to exist. Then they finally checked and realised.

I remember. Even Sam kept saying it was safe, until it came out it wasnt. It was a pretty clever malware, but still. Goes to show that you can never be too careful.
The initial pre-sex dates are not removed from the game. If you have done that content before, the game just skips them, so as to make replay's easier. Whether that is the right decision or not, that is what the dev said as the reasoning. If you are playing for the first time, those pre-sex text messages should appear.

Depends on what exactly do you want?
You want to watch all those scenes and text messages again? You can do this in the gallery. If you are worried what new players won't see those teasing messages? They will, cause, as guy above said, game will see what they are playing for the first time.
I was incorrect in what data reset and content activation won't reset 2 first dates for Hirari, But what you can do then (If you REAALLY want to replay them not in the gallery for some reason) is to reinstall the game, then in main menu, you can click on girls mouth, and toggle up endings, and then play again. It will save time to not unlock every girl again.
So, the content isn't gone, it's in the gallery, or, few clicks (and one reinstall) away to see it during plaything

I'm saying that I as a player, playing the game for the first time, did not experience the game as a first time player should experience it. There was no ramp up to the text messages. It went straight to sex.
I want to experience the game as a first time player. Nothing more, nothing less. Not to watch something in a gallery, I want to experience it within normal gameplay.

You didn't get those first Hirai messages during your first playthrough? You get them if you send girls on a date and you yourself go with other girl. If no, that's strange and probably something bugged. I did full refresh before this update, and I had those scenes be as intended

My only other explanation is that I'm somehow interpreting what others consider somewhat innocent dates as full-blown sex. I'm willing to try a completely clean install on a separate computer, but maybe not right away.
