The "gay stuff" is pretty core to the game at this point and would be a huge undertaking to remove. Shemale mode was already the compromise for that, something that already took a lot of work to make.

Creating a (mostly) femdom-only mode is actually something I would like to work into the game eventually. However, it would require a major rewrite to the second half of the school (basically everything starting from posing for the coach would need to be different). We've tried to accomodate both genders and sexual preferences in our most recent writings, but doing something like removing the coach would take major work that we aren't quite ready to do yet. Maybe someday we will be able to manage a fem-only branch, but it will probably be a while.

This is a Twine based game, and like other HTML5 based web-apps it requires a JavaScript enabled web-browser to view the HTML file.
One thing that makes viewing locally Twine games like this one on a iPhone harder is that it uses Relative URLs to reference the external media (eg. images, videos, etc..) files it uses, which can be difficult as iOS limits what file types can be stored locally and it controls where those allowed external files are located.
I believe you can use other applications than a web-browser to view locally stored files on iOS, and a quick Google search resulted in one named

So i picked up the game after some time. For some reason the mother is replaced with a babysitter. Enabling incest in optional config doesn't work and it's always disabled. Is this a bug? How do we get the mother back? I am using the 9101 html.
Your actions at the start, e.g. spying on mom in the shower, select if you have mom or babysitter.

I am currently trying to learn how to create HMTL games like this to create my own original story, I am using sugercube and have made decent progress but am still having trouble sorting small things such as energy, clocks and rent control.

You can use Story Variables to track and manage each of those things.
There are a number of different ways you can learn how to implement the functionality of a game like this one:
1. You can extract the Passages from the story HTML file using a Twine/TWEE decompiler, like those built into both Twine GUI applications (Twine 2.x and the discontinued Twine 1.x) as well as Command Line TWEE compilers like TweeGo.
2. You can read answers and ask questions on any of the Twine related Q/A sites, as well as on the Twine Discord server. Links to these can be found on the Official Twine site.
3. You can read the documentation for the Story Format you have chosen, the link to which is available within the Format dialog of the Twine 2.x application.
4. You can even ask questions on this site, as some of the more experienced Twine Users and Solution Providers are known to visit here.

This task must be completed before PC feels comfortable wearing clothes outside. The tasks’s text has also been updated, and depending on the choices the player makes, they may cause the guardian’s story to progress if the guardian is at low levels.

We've identified a bug that prevents access to the friend version of the heels task, as well as a small one-line issue in the mall version that doesn't have any major effect. We're working on a hotfix. Should be up tomorrow.

I bet they feel like an animator for a typical anime filler episode that nobody cares about, 0 passion and 100% pure job.
Its a pity but the original creator abandoned it, so i think something is better than nothing no?
