After you get mission to get to the station, Go to the temple map. There is place with some small plot of the soil, it is to the right from the statues. Go there and use option to go to the station. Just recommendation to finish some events with Slime and Dragon to get more power before going to the stationThis game worth giving a shot even if it's abandoned? Really enjoyed UNLiFE. If my memory if correct you can activate the vent whenever you want. You just have to go there.
Should be able to, yes, but the computer isn't changing the vent status any more. I even tried using the save editor that you may have linked in a previous comment and even that doesn't change it. I was able to use said editor to revert myself to an earlier point in the quest (the point where you go assemble unit 1) and that made the vents work again, but when you leave after Atlas tells you to go talk to Leo a voice comes over the intercom and says "system unstable, vents activated" or something like that and afterwards I can't seem to get the vents to work anymore.
Honestly, it's been like 1 years and half since the last time I've played seriously the game. At that point, I would advise you to make a new game, or if available to use a previous save before the problem happens. With all the knowledge you should have now it wouldn't take long. If I remember correctly, there a step that should not be missed with Violet, at one moment you have to meet her again in the sewer or at least do something. I had the bug, and to "fix it" the only thing I could do is edit the save file and revert her state.
