The word "netorare" translates to "to be taken off/away". So it doesn't matter if it's causing jealousy or not. If the girl starts doing it behind the MC's back, if the girl starts to prefer the other guy over the MC, or if the other guy starts to have more leverage in the sexual dynamic than the MC, it counts sa NTR.
Anyway, I don't really mind it being in the game as it is a form of corruption. It's not for me so I make sure to avoid it even though I typically play the corruption route. The only thing I don't get is why it's an issue for most people. Just avoid it lmao.

You want to avoid the "NTR"? Just choose the model path and that's it.
It's so easy to avoid too. Even if you're in a corruption route, it remains optional. I play the PS route on Evelyn and I've managed to avoid it.

Yeah, and even if you go for them, they aren't NTR. It's the MC who chooses the sharing options, not Evelyn seeking to cheat. Had she went to Miroslav and ask him to have sex with her without telling MC then that would have been NTR.
To be fair, the scene did have "NTR warning" in the mods/game. That was misleading atm but I could also see it being used as base for future NTR content. The game could definitely go that route with that scene as a spark.

if you mean my mod the "warming" says "sharing" not "NTR" and there is NTR in this game.. you see mirso fuck fiona and a few other scenes most are all avoidable EXCEPT the Fiona one that happens no matter what

If you read the posts here, then you have the wrong impression. It literally means that a loved one is taken away from the main character and the main character must catch them. Sharing willingly or swinging is not ntr. The main character must be against it and suffer, it's a japanese drama mechanic. It's not so much about sex than it is about the loss (making out would also count, on stage actors would not bang each others ... most of the time).
Many people however think it means that we see someone else than the MC banging one of the girls, no matter if she is his love interest or not.
And yes, some get a kick out of it and some hate it to the bones. Those two factions fight each other to the teeth.
I personally don't mind much. If it's part of the story, why not. But only putting it in so people see someone else having fun ... nah.

nice update as usual except why the fuck dev brought miroslav scenes back since we already kicked his ass once, sure there were new scenes too and it was still fun to see he making fool of himself and that leading to start of mc and rachel relationship. apparently rachel re-dyes her hair back after her working hrs in rm are over.
