Open phone in mc's room, wait a moment and close it, if that doesn't work open some scenes/wallpapers and close mc's phone, it should work.
If it doesn't help, press the "s" button on your keyboard and load autosave.
Maybe you used some mod to hide the UI? Try pressing "h" on your keyboard.

Restart game causes forced reloading of game in the same place where it was turned off (on Android for example) without a visible UI, and in loaded game UI does not appear.
You play Photo Hunt so often that you've probably never experienced this bug
