1. There is no NTR in this game, never will be.
2. There are many varying levels of it, but the ones that warrant the warning involve your sister, and a character named Chan-Mi, where you completely force yourself on them by choice.
Other than that there are some suspect moments where you have no choice, one of the latest updates introduced a couple of scenes that are not avoidable at all, involving a girl that says no several times during the act.
3. The animations are not this games strongpoint at all, and never have been, they are made by a person other than Moochie, who creates the renders.
They used to be very simple and crude, and are much better these days, but they are still weirdly disconnected from the scene sometimes with the lightning, movement of characters, and overall pace.
What event is the first Evelyn sex? I saw it in the replays and want to experience the first time as it should be. Just mean is it in main story, morning massage, evening pose sessions, or something else?
I have come across the opportunity in the pose sessions already, where she says he wants to fuck a real pussy then it gives the option of rough or gentle, I backed out at that point, since I was unsure.
The canon moment is during the picnic, same event that has you choose if Evelyn should go back to being a model or become a pornstar, in order to solve their money problems.
Evelyn is probably the most common one to have this problem due to her having so many extra scenes in other girls updates, so they don't really mess with the code and order of old updates to fit it in, and probably just assume most people play from the latest update and have crossed that line already.

A good example of this is when you run the latest Grace update compared to the Skylar update, you could argue it is not even the same person.
Same if you run something like a Monica RM route and a Kira RM route, but most of the worst scenes when it happens are avoidable at least.
Probably one of the bigger cons of this game is you don't really have a choice in who MC is at all, you don't really get to shape or form him, and the choices being almost exclusive to how you form the girls'.
