So we barely made progress with her in the first one and have already reached the point of her main story being completed.

On the other hand, there are still more paths to explore: the big plot with the Rad Maiden, Lina and Risa path, Jennifer (including yandere route) and Fiona, Sakura and her daughter, and, at last, Evelyn story (and her relationship with MC).

Grace and Skylar got their big updates so late into development that when Moochie decided she was gonna wrap up the game due to the whole Patreon issue they had to suffer instead and most likely had their planned content cut by a lot.

I don't question the quality of the renders and the amount of content, but like all games of this type, they just don't quite seem to bridge the gap into an actual 'harem' where the girls start living a normal domestic life while being aware of each other and the sex they are having.
There's just a lot of debauchery and then a daily reset, where the events of the current episode have no impact on the setting at all. The girls never communicate with each other, and all new scenes are isolated sex acts rather than character development.

There are exceptions, such as Fiona being submissive or dominant in a lot of scenes, that was very well done. I just wish they would do more of this. Evelyn and Rachel, big favorites obviously, still have exactly the same personality they did at the beginning.

Again just a product of it being a sandbox.
It would simply just take too long to go back and change how the girls' act based on later choices.
Most of the sexual encounters act as major checkpoints if you keep a close eye on the story.

It being a sandbox will always have some positives and negatives.
The random disconnect that happens in the story only become an issue if you keep replaying with a fresh start everytime there is a new update.

They were going to wrap up only IF patreon page got taken down and they wouldn't be able to cover up their finances within couple of month on SubscriberStar. Both platforms are active and are bringing income, thus there is nothing to worry about for now.

Not quite right. The choice to start wrapping up the game was made regardless if Patreon decided to ban them or not. The difference was if the page got taken down they would rush to the finale and end the game quickly and if it was allowed to stay up they would start making the final story updates for the girls one by one.
And so far we have already had the final story updates for two of the girls and another coming up.
It was obvious Moochie got stressed out about the whole situation and just wanted to end it so she can focus on a more Patreon friendly game.

Issue with Patreon if they decided to close down the page is that Moochie most likely has several hundred thousand locked up on the Patreon account since they block both payments from Russian citizens and to the Russian developers. And if the page gets banned the money gets seized due to the sanctions currently in place from the ongoing conflict.

Her possibly getting banned off Patreon had nothing to do with her nationality.
I was only explaining why she is not getting paid on Patreon and why the money would get seized if she got banned.
Patreon has nothing to do with the payments not reaching Russian developers either. The sanctions stop payments from going through to Russian card holders regardless and reach far above what Patreon can impose.
A lot of the developers moved over to SubscribeStar since they don't block subscriptions by Russian card holders in combination with the much less strict rules on tags and content of the games.

As for the speculations, sure she could change her mind and continue the main story updates for the girls she claims have had their final story focused updates, but for now she has confirmed on several occasions that two girls have had their main story completed outside of the finale and the third one happening in this upcoming update.
