And another observation I made is you can almost always tell when a sharing scene is coming up because the girls' will have an alternative hairstyle/color, and sometimes another model entirely.

I don't think any of the girl on girl content is avoidable, the game mostly only allows you a choice if sharing/swinging is involved or if the more heavy kinks like gangbang, watersports, BDSM, and such are involved.

Dumb question that might have been asked here before: does selecting Risa + Lina lock you out from having Lina too?
No, it does not lock you out of Lina.
Basically Lina is just a pure love route, while Lina+Risa is a more relaxed relationship for both instead.
But you can get all the scenes with Lina regardless pretty much, but with some variation to the scenes.
Not much content for Lina+Risa right now, but Risa has a chunk of her own scenes if you pick the double route, that you would otherwise miss if you go for just Lina.
Them both combined will probably be worked on when we finally get another Lina focused update... but that is a whole other discussion.
Second question, if you guys don't mind. How much content is there on the yandere route for Jen vs the romance route?

The whole path before the art contest seems to me like a romance route, after the selection there are three events per route. We have to wait for more, Jennifer will get an update after Fiona update
A lot for the romance route, and basically nothing for the yandere route.
She has the same problem as Lina by not having been the focus of an update for ages, and her last update basically ended after the contest, and as such she only got content added sporadically during other girls' updates
But it is cool someone is showing interest in Jennifer and Lina.

At least we know Jennifer and Lina got updates focused on them coming up.
Early on there is basically 0%, but the latest few updates did have quite a lot of sharing options, probably in the range of 70/30 split for vanilla/solo vs sharing.
So overall the game does not have a great deal of it, but it does offer more of it than most games that allow sharing and swinging as options.
