Can someone help I'm confused about the chapters. Going through the walkthrough and I get to Chapter 8 v0.12 after showering with sasha but it says story ended and then skips to the ending paths and they say you had a threesome with sabrina and miracle, did dev really just completely skip a major event or am I missing something

Showering with Sasha is the last scene before the endings. I'm not sure where it said that you had a threesome with M&S, but the only threesome in the main story is teaching them to mastabate. The threesome's are in Sabrina's Solo Route ending (which is not a Sabrina solo, but is actually a Miracle/Sabrina Throuple ending).

Pet peeve moment. People who view virginity as having an intact hymen bug me. Here is a quote from an actual OB-GYN:
