why is there no rollback option

HI....just use the attached UnRen tool, and pick choice #6. Once the process has completed, close the tool and run your game exe....this will enable the rollback feature again.

Install: Extract and place the UnRen-ultrahackV11.bat file into your PillKing-0.23-pc folder (where your game exe is located), BUT do not put the file into your game folder. Also make sure your game is not running before you click (run) the UnRen tool.
