There are 5 "endings" to choose from when asked at the start of the game (for story setup):

These are the options you can pick from if you select "I played the first game from start to finish". If you haven't, the game defaults to the Loyal/Faithful/Vanilla ending for the first game, and uses that setup for PE2.

There is an option to choose the Cheating path as the "canon" for your playthrough in PE2, but unfortunately, it has virtually no unique dialogue from Julia for now (just a single mention from Patrick at the very start). Cuckold seems the best option, as Julia got pregnant and Penelope turns out to be mixed-race - Cornell is her father.

Yes. You had to have MC start an affair with Jasmine (Cornell's sister) so that Julia would cheat on you with Cornell in return. It leads to MC & Julia just being married (no kids) for PE2 storyline.

Patrick mentions "(...)All that I have witnessed happen between them(...)" as reference to when he saw Julia cheat on him through the cameras in PE1.
