I think even you are on the 0 corruption vanilla path, and if you choose a choice that hints you may have an interest at sharing/cuckolding/open relationship in the middle of the game. The game suddenly change your path and get the scene that you think is inconsistent towards your playthrough. Maybe Dev don't want the game to become more complicated in paths. You either go through all vanilla path or all corruption path. Then your playthrough is definitely consistent.
If the dev didn't want the game to become more complicated, then why add that choice in vanilla? A sudden jump from vanilla to cuckold in one or two choices, and the gf suddenly becomes a slut? How is that less complicated?

Either Dev will add more details about the transition after the main paths are finished or he is just being lazy.
In the vanilla path, pick the option in the car where you may be interested in a little jealousy. During the phone scene, choose the 'she's a big girl, I trust her' option.
I use the same engine in my game (the engine is named renpy) that the dev uses here, and I can confirm that it's quite confusing when you add several options that lead you to different paths... Maybe that's why these things happen

But then isn't that just poorly made like what's the point of having corruption points if she still cheats with 0 corruption. One random choice shouldn't weigh heavier than others if you include stats like these.
