Two points.
1. This is a horse cock, not a human one. Seriously, that size is ridiculous. Always makes me wonder if the dev is overcompensating for something.
2. It's too short. You get only a very basic idea about the game and it's definitely not enough content to decide whether to support or even to just play this one.
I think devs must start to rethink their approach of let's cobble 5 minutes of story and some renders together and patreon will make us rich.
There are way, way too many of those games around to work like this.

My impression of this game is that either the developer is deliberately painting the characters as stereotypes to parody the porn-game genre or he is lazy. I hope it's the former, but who knows?
It seems as if every female character in the game (plus the MC) is a horn-dog, immediately willing to sink into depravity. [The exception is Keiko, who has few lines of text.] And Dr. Kane (the MC's surgeon) is ridiculously egotistical.
What gives me the hope that this is supposed to be a parody is the MC's gigantic cock, a typical overreach in these games, stretched here even further than usual. That and the huge ass and boobs of the head nurse, also typical in soooo many games.
