Here's my dumb idea that will never happen due to laziness and sheer work load. An RPG where everything (combat, dialogue, navigating) is decided by dice rolls and character stats like DnD or Disco Elysium. You would distribute points, design your character (Orc? Woman? Muscular? Short?), then wander around a big fantasy city having mini-adventures that would usually end in sex and a new follower. Eventually you would have collected a harem of adventurers/monster girls then all settle down in a mansion trying different sex positions, different threesome combinations and so on. No real endgame or main quest, just short erotic fantasy adventures. Skyrim/Custom 3d Maid. I'd be better off getting back into Skyrim modding and creating my own followers.

You have no control over the hero, play as the harem, get him to save the world, kill the demon king, etc. Also he halfasses everything.

In combat still dont have control of the hero but the girls are good at support. If you need him to throw out a strong attack? Flash tits. Need him to defend? Act scared/ scream "save me". Etc.

you play a girl or boy the fuck you prefer and have to play through a strange world in a silent hill like setting with lots of rusty metal and fences areas mostly dark with monster designs that are designed after real life problems that 'cause peoples getting depression like body handicaps, drugs addicting, harsh events like losing someone or other crap being addict by things like art or collecting stuff you know all the shitty stuff 'causing mentally states, so the main character what gender ever has fight through this crazy world and crazy monster to find out he was selled to a slave trade market where peoples sells mentally or body ill sex slaves and all he experience is basically his "purgatory" experience finishing off the slave trader and finding his or hers piece while all sex scenes are game over rapes.

Its mainly ment to be a horror game THEN a porn game.

Suprise its a timeloop story!

Ooh, I love time loop stories! The idea that you could seduce anybody in a day, if only you knew the exact perfect combination of things to say and do, and places to be, is such a cool one.
The game could start off with you living a normal life, going to work, the store and so on and introducing all the potential partners. This goes on for a day or two to let you get a feel for the relationships and so on, and then the time loop starts. Depending on what you choose to say and do, and where you choose to go, you could end up with a number of different people at the end of that day.
Maybe it's revealed by some sort of magical being that you have to repeat the day until you've seduced all *insert number of love interests* "potential partners" at least once?

I like the idea of a crazy billionaire that starts a nation-wide incest challenge.
The MC has Mom, sisters, daughters, Aunts... whatever.
The challenge is to consensually impregnate a family member. Using DNA analysis a successful impregnation results in $1M payday, carrying the baby to term brings another million. Keeping the child another million and giving the child the middle name of Incest results in $10M. First family in the nation to have three complete each step gets the grand prize of $1B.

Each family member is reluctant but the lure of big money and the idea of getting multiple family members pregnant lead the women to pressure each other into incest with MC. MC and sisters... move into central home and build the nerve/encourage each other go to all the way. Family has to come to term with reality as they catch/hear each other having sex and start becoming pregnant.

A joke I want to include is one of the women has already started the challenge with her (divorced) father and when her mother finds out she explains that her father can't get her pregnant. Daughter is indignant and insists that she is fine with the relationship and as an adult knows what she is doing. Plus her Mother is fucking MC so who is she to look down her nose on her daughter fucking her own Dad? Mom patiently explains that her father had a vasectomy years ago and can't get her pregnant. Realization dawns on daughter who says that must be why Dad kept telling her he can't get her pregnant but she misunderstood and insisted they try anyway. Later reveals she started fucking her Dad a year ago.
