This is one I've been thinking about recently, mostly dumb because it would never happen or be anywhere near successful enough to pay for it.

A real porn game that is made in conjunction with an actual porn studio. Like, no more edited clips of free movies and whatever gifs one can find on sex.com, but actual scenes made just for this game. I mean the works, too. - costuming, set design, dialog, and of course, sex. Story isn't important, it can be whatever, but the game itself would play like one of those cheesy FMV adventure games from the 90s.

Bonus points if you can get Johnny Sins to play as every dude in the game, just in different clothes.

I think it's a fun (or at least, funny) idea, as long as it's marketed right. Less "oh, so sexy" and more "haha, look what we did." Major porn studios have the cash to spare and I imagine a lot of people would be into it for the novelty factor alone. The company could lean into it and make a whole series: one in space, one where a plumber is just trying to do his job, one that's horror themed.

Alternatively, something similar could be done with amateurs whose style may more closely match the indie-nature of many porn-game developers. You could even make the clips for the game but still sell them separately.

I know real porn games aren't the most popular, but they seem to do well enough. Personally I'm neutral on the whole thing. It's not a huge selling point for me, nor is it a turn off. However, of all the different types of games here I think they are probably the most at risk of running into copyright issues, especially if they're monetized, hence my thought experiment about how they could avoid that.
