Basically a city-builder but with sex and partying character elements. Tentatively titled "Rob Ford Simulator 2012". Or "Tropico 69"
The gist of it would be that you play the mayor of an up-and-coming new town/city/country/etc and you do all of the usual city planning stuff that isn't really within the mayor's remit but that you do there anyway. But there's an extra layer where you may be using your office to your advantage (smoking crack, banging whores, throwing parties, etc) or doing "favours" for people to earn their support in the upcoming midterms (getting the cops to lean on someone's business rival, condemning a building so a pimp can open up a new brothel there, or just bending over for a mafia boss who seems terminally unhappy).
I think this is a dumb idea because the shit doesn't mesh too well. I call out Tropico specifically here because I always found the "you have to embezzle as much cash as possible!" stuff ran contrary to actually having a fun game. All it does is tick up an arbitrary score while you have less resources to build your city with (the actually entertaining bit).
Meanwhile, I've been thinking a lot about underserved genres of porn games, and the least-served but best-suited seemed to be some sort of Total War-alike where country relationships are a lot more sexual; Alliances being more like marriages, being humiliated in war involves a lot more maid costumes and toe sucking than usual, Protectorates bounce on daddy's dick when he asked, Forced vassals being "forced" in more ways than one, etc. Probably mostly unworkable because of budget to make battles worthwhile to watch and the scenes actually be horny and varied. Definitely ways around it but unlikely to see daylight without a significant change in porn economics.
Anyway, the idea was an amalgamation of that. Take the "enrich yourself" element of Tropico, but give the player a reason to work towards it that isn't just score-go-up; Corruption isn't some abstract evil that can be purged from your ranks, it's you deciding on whether you want to build an orphanage or fuck a cheerleading squad.
The other main issue for me is that the more explicitly dom and sub content might clash. It seems far easier to write "you take advantage of the office" content, but I'm way more interested in "people take advantage of you and your office" content. It's kinda hard to naturally work both into the same game and have them feel equally done, vs something where you can just have a fight and the outcome of that sets the tone.
