Breeding management sim where you are the king of a small island somewhere between Spain and Morocco in the 17th century (or so), and you have the brilliant idea of getting out of a bad debt situation: You start buying slaves from all over the world, to train and breed them, so that you can re-sell them to decadent nobles from all around the world. You breed your slaves to have specific traits (breast-size, lactation intensity, physical traits, psychological traits, race, etc. anything you can think of) by pairing them up with the appropriate partners and then (once they've grown up, i guess we're gonna time-skip or have a magic aging drug) sell them or employ them in your breeding facilities or your premium island brothels. The more exotic you make them, the more profitable your operation, and as the king you obviously have the privilege of banging all the slaves anytime you want.

I just finished book Černá Smečka and I think the premise would work great as a game.
The book is about a tough, snarky guy who works as a demonhunter for a secret church organization. He's a half-demon himself, his mother is a cult leader who fornicated with Lucifer. The plot is about an evil ploy of his mother to breed him with his older sister so she would give birth to Lucifer in a human form. (And the hero doesn't want to do it because he's a normal person.)
Anyway, the gimmick is that:
1) demons can smell and detect good people
2) slaying a demon is a great good deed
3) therefore demonhunters have to sin to stay under the radar
Which means successful demonhunt is usually followed by wild debauchery. (And the church hires misfits who naturally gravitate towards sinning.)
And when the heroes are on the run from demons and have to stay hidden to survive, the author of the book goes full Crank 2: High Voltage. Like the hero doing it on a public transport with a girl he barely met; or during a car chase, his sister is committing lesbian perversion in the backseat; or rescuing people and killing demons has to be followed by robbing a gas station and rough sodomy.
There were a lot of random, out-of-place sex scenes yet there was a good, plot-related excuse for all of them.

Game about (sapient) tentacle monster and bunch of female heroines. They were forced to unite in order to survive, because in the new world, after the victory over the Weevil Hentai Overlord, there is no place for tentacles, and the heroines have simply outlived their usefulness.

Here's my best idea yet: convince whoever owns the rights for Vampire the Masquerade's digital games to make one where you're a Tzimisce who runs a business of body modifications for the locals, whether vampires or other folk. Most of the requests end up being for bigger breasts/ass/dick, some others wanting to become full furries.
World-building idea for some (pre)historic (with longhouses) or futuristic (with co-livings) setting. Where prolonged cohabitation and an almost complete lack of privacy has led to the following:
- A relaxed attitude toward public sex (a couple who decide to fuck in the hallway or laundry room will be scolded not for the sex itself, but for blocking the passageway).
- Group sex and orgies have become the norm (one couple started, the rest followed).
- As a consequence of the previous two points — group marriage. All residents are considered spouses, and no one cares who the father of the child is.
- However, any “intergenerational” sex between residents of same longhouse/co-living is considered incest (because see the previous point), regardless of genetic kinship.

I wasn't questioning that (you'd find the same kind of thing on the cover of pretty much any pre-1970 issue of National Geographic), I was just saying that it used to be a very popular sci-fi trope. I provided the link because I thought you might find some inspiration in that article (or in the list of examples of works that make use of the trope).

Oh, if only. For several years now, I've had floating around in my head idea about “The Chronicles of Test Site No. 731,” AKA “Colonel Quaritch's Kindergarten” (Biological Warfare Service from "Transhuman Space"-like setting meet Stone Age anthros. Armed Farces and National Geographic Porn ensues). So nothing came of it, except for a few fragments and phrases like, “If you've decided to take a second wife, choose one you can get pregnant!” (From the love triangle between jealous nativel wife, an Yukikaze-style transatmospheric interceptor, and an unsuspecting flyboy).
I'm surprised that we haven't gotten a game, where we play as shota Tails getting a harem of older and dominant ladies, especially with all the fan art out there.
