The other one (Willem Dafoe-like) is listed as "Dale Dickey"
The women's faces look absolutely disgusting. It looks like they had bad plastic surgery done to their faces... It makes me want to vomit.
Some SERIOUS Mar-A-Lago face going on here lol. The dev can't be held responsible for it being a bad model but we can absolutely offer confusion at using it in the first place.

Considering that this story is set in a hostile and barbaric world (where do you find lipstick and makeup?) it reflects reality, the harsh reality. To give you an example, try to mirror your face facing downwards. You almost don't recognize yourself, do you? This is what your partner sees.
For Nimbus Commando: The (MC) will also have to start this adventure from the bottom to gain fame and females.

That may be so, but… in this particular case, one look at the game banner in the OP is enough to tell that the protag(?) is prettier than the women here. Hell, even the black dude in that same image would make for a more attractive female… (And that's the perspective of a straight man, mind you.)
…Also, the human women on that picture certainly look like they're wearing lipstick at the very least
