yea it was a good idea and a good concept, but he chewed over more than he could bite and he probably got tired of it all. just like 90% of the other abandoned projects here. better to start small and expand.

It would need a serious work schedule to deliver it which is not the case for this dev, but still superior, in terms of side-scrolling, to completed or almost completed games like Unaware Word, Unaware in the City, and Insexsity.

The only side-scrolling that can beat Hot Pizza and have tons of content is The Lewd Knight.

And of course, the combat side-scrollings, that the sex scenes depend on being raped by the enemies
Those are far way from being something that will play.

These sleeping events din't triggered in my playground, I know they exist I've seen them already in older versions. Mr Hump sucks, so I didn't mention, but yeah, don't pay the rent and she starts to massage the old fucker.

knowing that the stats cap at 25 and that you cant even wear certain clothes you unlock makes this game feel like a waste of time. i was just trying to play earlier and man its like he designed a game to take as long as humanly possible but never added enough content for that timeframe to be worth it

If you're to take the author at his word, he always intended it to be a slow burn corruption game. I explained to him at some point that doing so is going to be very tough, as an incomplete slow corruption game from start to finish means, at minimum, a player starting finishes an early build having, at most, had the progragonist lewdly looked at or perhaps briefly groped, and probably two years until the protagonist actually gets fucked for the first time. That's just too long for most players to be blueballed.

That's if development went mostly smoothly, given the author is doing their own engine. But of course things have not gone smoothly, and here we are.

But my point is: Even if development had otherwise gone smoothly, the wait is a REALLY long time. It's not like other games where the protagonist is getting fucked near the beginning and it's just a matter of how they're getting fucked in every new update. And it's a self developed engine, with weird doll physics and rigging. So even in the best of circumstances potential customers would not be happy waiting as long as they have.

slow burn corruption games require quick turnaround, or a release that is near completion to make sense financially.

well, if you want to skip some progress you can always start a new game and use the cheating options provided within the game itself to maximize or customize your stats.

yet, the 25 cap of lewd/exhib stats is hardcoded in the game data/code. also, there are some caps for relationships with kayla, lanlord and boss, that limit their lines of events respectfully. all those caps can be workarounded of course, but this is not the place to explain how, and furthermore this ruins the developer's intention. however, if you can do it, then you can use more outfits and unlock some additional content - that is not quite finished and consistent, and I guess that is the reason it was restricted from reaching through the gameplay.

yet another option to experiment with the game are the save files, which contain serialized properties in human readable text format. you can mangle any of them but it is very likely that you break the state machine of the game if you don't know what you are doing. yet you might be able to recreate a situation that was never meant to be possible in the normal gameplay
just for example you could set IsInFreePlayMode=true to be able to play with jenny's boobs shape in the bathroom mirror settings - and well, this will most likely break showing of her upper clothes ... but you might actually enjoy that

the attached save file is at beginning of day 2, while not skipping any events. it has maximized stats + money + all clothes available, even walkable stilettos, even though mall is not visited yet. you still cannot use most of the clothes due to the 25 exhib cap.

I think it's abanoned. Too bad, because it had good potential. Also, the different scenes were a bit too hard to trigger. Couldve been solved by adding a "scene list" like in insexity (which this game is a clone of).

Game is not abandoned but the creator has had some problems come up. I've been very critical of Abelius work ethic, decision making and development but this is pretty sad to hear.

Alright. Last night's rest and today's thinking have done me some good, so I'll explain and vent off a bit here.
I warn you this is quite personal and completely unrelated to the project.
And... maybe I shouldn't tell you all this but, tbh, I don't see how it could be used against me by the handful of haters I've got through the years.
If anything, this only highlights the (obvious) fact I'm also a human with all the problems you guys have. Shit happens to everyone in this world. I'm not special.
Oh, and what follows isn't an excuse for my work to degrade. My performance is what it is, for better or worse. Work will continue because it's the way I keep this family afloat.
End of disclaimer. Here's the story.

It seems the mother of my daughters has breast cancer.
I call her 'mother of...' because she's technically my ex, but our relationship is a weird one.
We live under the same roof raising our daughters and we do everything a couple does *(yes, that too)*.
So, this news, even though breast cancer has high survival rates, has fallen like a hammer.
We still don't have all the information and we'll probably even need to wait after the surgery to know the extension of the disease.
And that's the worst part. Not knowing shit and having two pre-adolescent girls who will need to be given the news at some point.
It also sends to the dumpster my life plan for the next two years, at a bare minimum. It included moving outside the capital, but of course we won't, as the best hospitals are located here.
You know the saying: "If you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans."

At any rate, I'm managing to keep working. Overthinking isn't the solution anyways.
So, I'll focus on the job and accompanying my ex for these days, even though I think she took it better than me, lol.

I never was a fan of cheating, I almost fried my brain finishing the worst sandbox out there with the cheating mode available to download. I like to play the game as meant to be played, but interestingly, there is some unfinished work in this version.
