It is. This was also the case for Pizza Takeout Obscenity 1 as well. I think they actually use different Knight Rider remixes as well but I may be remembering wrong. I think the first game had a re-orchestration of the original theme and this game is a re-orchestration of the 2008 version.

Ran a test using Windows Sandbox and it work fine, meaning there something running in the background that is causing it
