Not sure about the exact artist, but I did take a look at the linked DLSITE and a good portion of the small sample size of games had the tag heartwarming. Seems like this may have been his first NTR title to perhaps take a break from more wholesome stories.

Those who tell you to self-insert as a bull and those complaining about the lack of MC's POV are different people, well duh. Also neither of those actually "imagine" himself as one or the other on purpose, it's an unconscious process. The reason why people enjoy being cucked in game is that this allows you to self-insert as a guy who's emotionally invested in the girl, "the cuck", while also having the chance to enjoy hot dominant sex. You strike two birds with one stone - getting hot sex and emotional investment in the girl. If you remove the cuck, then there's no emotional investment. If you remove the NTR, then there's no hot, degrading sex where a woman become a useless slut. It's hard for most of us to feel invested in a slut, we need a cuck's POV for this shit.
I was with dozens of women IRL and still enjoy NTR because that's almost the only way for me to emotionally invest in a woman and put her on a pedestal through the eyes of the cucked main character. Notice that it's almost impossible to find an NTR game where the bull is the same as the protag-kun, treating her like a queen, this genre isn't about cheating per se. But more about the corruption of your image of the heroine. This is why the corruption genre is so close to NTR.
Yeah, I just checked it. Considering the art style is consistent, it could be the artist and developer is the same person or a team. Its kind of funny that their most famous work is NTR when its their first NTR title and their previous work only had half of the amount people who purchased their first NTR title.
