If i remember correctly you give the skull to the bartender. He then gives you some alchohol. Give the alchohol to depressed lady. Depressed lady gives you the rope she no longer intends to use. Use rope on a rock to climb it. Get treasure

If this is not possible after gaining the ability to level up then idk

The hidden room behind the mansion altar and the three letters the guy utters near the end of that series of interactions (which i think seem to be part of the name of the one he's assumedly talking to, considering its location and the boss battle that was there before) makes me wonder if it is really finished as the thread says or if we'll get an update or sequel that builds a bit more on the character of the silver-haired succubus, and also others too hopefully, that'd be neat
