If i remember correctly you give the skull to the bartender. He then gives you some alchohol. Give the alchohol to depressed lady. Depressed lady gives you the rope she no longer intends to use. Use rope on a rock to climb it. Get treasure

came back at this and trying to figure out on what is the exact purpose to this treasure "Rusty Sword" , since it cant be either equipped or sold, yet is placed in Item section...
