it's seems to be a bug since you unlocked the male version instead of the female one

You can check the wiki for that but yes all those pokemon are in the game and catcable, (but Lapras is a bit tricky as of yet)
just changed my style in cerulean but i dont like it and can't go back to how i looked before with the hypno ears and stuff?

do I have to get a special type of Rock Smash or something to get pass through here?
Also how do I start the "Lifelong Friendship" quest?
This maid is the only one with a "!" mark and she only ask me if I want to turn off the flashing lights not asking if I want to have friendship or some kind of dialogue connecting to the quest

Debug Ace girl says it start at the basement of the Mansion but Kate isn't showing up in the basement even when she is not part of my team, She's instead in the Main Floor kissing Elesa

you need to beat gym 3 and also complete Quest 4 first (might be problem if you remade the mansion)
Wrong maid, and you need to catch Zapdops and beat Sabrina
defeat gym 4 also
I already beaten Sabrina but where do I go to try and Capture Zapdos?
Which One is the Gym 4? is it Celadon City or Lavender Town
Cause if its Celadon then I already beaten her

And last question, How do I go to Cyan Village? I have been walking around Mt.Moon for 30 minutes and I don't see any passageway or ladders leading me to the peak. Do I have to redo "Misty's Beach" quest again

it's a quest named The Lake Of Armour, where you unlock the beach to start with, starting with fighting Bea in a tournament
